Dan & Melody Smith Recognized As RisMedia Newsmakers

We are pleased to announce Anvil Real Estate's leadership team has made the RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker list for the second year in a row. This list includes key influencers in the real estate industry as a result of their newsworthy contributions and positive affect on the consumers and communities they serve.

RISMedia, the leader in U.S. real estate news and information services, announced its more than 300, 2022 Real Estate Newsmakers on Feb. 1, in both an online directory on RISMedia.com and in the February issue of its flagship publication, Real Estate magazine.

Melody Smith, founder of Anvil Real Estate, has claimed a spot in the Achievers category. The Achievers list celebrates success stories, those who have rocketed their business to the top, with robust growth and marketing strategies, winning awards for the best companies to work for, multi-year strategies for success and the belief that “You should continually strive to do better.”

This is not the first time Melody has made the RISMedia Newsmaker list. In 2021, she was named a crusader in the real estate industry. Melody earned a spot on this list because of her commitment to her clients, her ability to predict and adapt to a virtual world, and doubling down on her community initiatives and service during the coronavirus pandemic. Her results and reputation speak volumes and as a longtime leading broker associate, Melody will continue to redefine real estate.
